Since 20 years, this vineyard is entirely cultivated in organic agriculture like a garden. Our grapes are certified according to the organic production method by ECOCERT. We have NOP (National Organic Program) certification for the United States. Without any input of animal origin, all our vintages are recognized as vegans by EVE VEGAN in 2017. To follow soon a new conversion of all our plots towards Biodynamics.
